Kay Carley has worked in the UK craft sector for decades as a Product demonstrator, designer and TV presenter. She started designing stamps for PaperArtsy in her well-recognised feminine, floral style. She is so good at designing partner-products (stamp-stencil) in ways that allow you to add colour and layer stamps, stencils with paint to create amazingly detailed projects with wonderful depth and dimension.
